Set up your mat among our field of mums and vegetables for enjoying a beautiful farm sunset while moving through a slow flow yoga class guided by an instructor from The Yoga Space - Clinton.

This class will create space in the body allowing time to move through each pose slowly and mindfully. By connecting the breath with each movement we will energize the body and create balance between the mind, body and spirit. All levels welcome!

-Class fee is $20 per person

-Pre-registration is required

-Bring a mat and beverage of choice

-Seasonal infused water will be provided

These classes will be held the last Thursday of June, July, & August.
