Know before you book

Our picking appointments are a unique and quaint way to pick your own zinnias to take home. These appointment experiences are great for those who can't make it to our PYO Saturdays, want to avoid crowds, or just want some one-on-one time with the farmers! We are unable to accommodate appointment requests for days and times not available on our reservation site. If a time is unavailable on our reservation site, this means it has been reserved. Please read the following details before booking your appointment: Appointments are not private.  Your total appointment time is 60 minutes, which includes 45 minutes of picking time and 15 minutes for check in and check out. Please be aware that other appointments may start 15 - 30 minutes before or after your reservation time, but you will be the only reservation for the time you book.  If your group is more than 6 individuals over the age of 10, you will need to book two back-to-back appointment times, but your group can arrive at the same time.  ​Appointment picking experiences are scheduled during our closed hours. More appointment options may be added during the summer. Once you arrive, farmer Greg or Mariah will provide you with instructions before picking. Zinnias are sold by the stem or you can select a vase from the Make & Take Bouquet Bar to fill and take home: *$0.75 per stem​ *$10 fill a vase (hand painted vases not included in this price) Scissors for cutting your zinnias and water will be available. Reservations must be made in advance through our online booking site. A $20 non-refundable fee is required when making your reservation. $10 of the fee is for making an appointment and the additional $10 will be used towards the minimum purchase.   Because we are offering a limited amount of appointment experiences, the entire $20 fee is non-refundable for cancellations.  Weather Events: We will notify you if we need to cancel or reschedule your experience due to a weather event or supply related issue. NEW in 2022: If you schedule three or more appointments for the 2022 picking season by July 1st, you'll receive a customized gift box that includes three of your choice our farm's new products: jams, salsas, shortcake mix, and spices. Select your choice of three items during your first appointment of the season to take home during your last appointment of the season.


Cancellation Policy

Because we are offering a limited amount of appointment experiences, fees are non-refundable for cancellations. Weather Events: We will notify you if we need to cancel or reschedule your experience due to a weather event or supply related issue.
