PICK YOUR OWN STRAWBERRIES
FROM JUNE UNTIL OCTOBER
We welcome you to experience pick your own (PYO) strawberries like never before with our vertical, hydroponic growing system. This uniquely designed way of growing allows you to pick standing up and not on the ground; crawling on your hands and knees! Hand-select what you bring home while making memories and enjoying a one-of-a-kind AG-venture.
Our strawberries are ever-bearing, which means that they will continue to produce berries from June until early October.

There are two ways to pick your own (PYO) strawberries at our farm:
🍓Appointment PYO Experiences: Our picking appointments are great for those who can't make it to our PYO Saturdays, want to avoid crowds, or just want some one-on-one time with the farmers! Appointments are only offered during the week. We DO NOT take appointments on the weekends. Visit our reservation page to book an appointment. More appointments may be added throughout the season as volume increases. Because our picking season will last for 5-6 months, we will schedule appointments until fall. The best way to keep informed about our strawberries and appointments is to subscribe to our email newsletter.
🍓Open PYO Experiences: This means we are open for anyone to pick on Saturdays ONLY from 9am - until we sell out for the day, which can be within a couple hours or sooner during the start of the season! Because our vertical growing system makes picking fast and easy, we recommend arriving by 9am SHARP for strawberry picking. Our farm market and food concessions will still be open throughout the day. We are ONLY open on SATURDAYS from June until the end of August. In September, we switch over to our extended fall hours and we allow picking at anytime during our open days/hours if we have berries at the time of your visit.
🍓 Price & Payment Methods
We charge $5.00 per pound container and we provide the container for you to pick with and take home. Cash is always preferred but we also accept local checks, and Visa, Mastercard, & Discover.
🍓 Driving Directions
We are located 8 miles east of Clinton off of Route 10. It is hit and miss when using our address with a GPS device, Mapquest, or Google Maps when locating our farm. You might end up VERY LOST! We recommend using the driving directions on our Driving Directions page or these coordinates when using a GPS device: 40.113557, -88.827004.
🍓 Cancellations
Our strawberries are planted in two greenhouse structures, which means you can pick rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel picking due to severe weather or available supply. Cancellations for open PYO will be announced on our Facebook page. Private PYO experiences will be notified prior to your scheduled appointment.
🍓 Know Before You Arrive

Open PYO Saturdays: No early picking is permitted.

We plan to offer PYO Saturdays & appointment picking experiences until late October.

Once you arrive, please check in with a staff member in the barn for picking instructions.

We will provide containers for picking and taking home.

Hand washing and sanitizing is required before picking strawberries.

Dress for the weather. Wear light-colored, cool, loose fitting, cotton clothes on hot days.

Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Wear and bring with you sunscreen, a hat or visor and sunglasses.

Patio seating, porta potty, hand washing & sanitizer stations are onsite.

Treats, snacks, and beverages from our food concessions are offered during open hours.
