FARM WAIVER
This Liability Waiver becomes effective upon purchasing a ticket and visiting Triple M Farm Mariah’s Mums & More, LLC. By doing so, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets are final sale and required for guests ages three (3) and older for entry into the FARMTASTIC FUN PARK at Triple M Farm Mariah’s Mums & More, LLC (the “Farm”).
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Farm, I acknowledge that farm activities involve inherent risks and I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death.
To the fullest extent, I release and hold harmless the Farm and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from my presence on the property, including those caused by ordinary negligence, but not gross negligence or willful and wanton misconduct.
I am responsible for my own safety and for all minors accompanying me, including their supervision, and I assume all risks on their behalf. I am responsible for my own medical expenses and insurance, as well as those of any minors accompanying me.
I consent to the use of photographs, video, or images of me or minors accompanying me for promotional purposes without compensation
By purchasing ticket(s) and entering the property, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
